When you place an order with Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd, the order is final. Approval of artwork proofs and payment must be completed within two weeks of the placement of the order. Please make sure you are aware of the Terms and Conditions before ordering.


You will receive one (1) free electronic proof for each item ordered. Proofs provided by Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd are an indication of the final printed product only. Variations in colour or trim can be a result of the printing process. No reprints at our cost will be printed.


It is assumed that all layers of the artwork are submitted in CMYK format, otherwise colour variations may occur.

Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like. Slight colour variations may also exist between the front and back of the card. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing. Different finishes, laminates and stock variations over time will also create variations in colour.

Reprints will occur at the digression of Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd, however this does not include if the proofing process was rushed due to time constraints, incorrectly embedded fonts, colours, or general file issues. Any incorrectly supplied files or files that were corrupted through the transition of artwork from client computer to our system will not be reprinted in error or not proofed by the client. We recommend proofing with the printed sample (at an additional cost) where possible to see the finish of the stock and GSM as Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for the printed material not meeting the customer's satisfaction. If it is the first time printing colours, you must be aware that a colour on a screen is RGB (red, green and blue) and won't represent an output CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) or PMS on the final product. If a printed proof is wanted, these can be arranged and costs will be invoice to do so.


Artwork designed by Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd remains copyrighted to Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd and it's designers until paid for in full. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, one proof is provided at no extra charge.

Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd working files remain the property of Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd, even after a project is complete. Working files include but are not limited to vector files, layered files, fonts, linked files, and stock photography licenses. Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd reserves the right not to release these files, and charge fees for providing files at it's own discretion.


Accepting artwork proofs from Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar, numbers, layout and all content. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.


Please note that designing and submitting your artwork for printing can sometimes produce unplanned results if you do not have proper experience and training. Designing artwork for offset printing can be technical with a range of different variables that affect printing, often not noticeable on the computer screen. Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd fully recommends getting a professional designer to design your printing artwork. Customers submitting their own DIY artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing.

Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd does accept artwork formats such as Microsoft Office, it does not recommend these programs due to artwork complications that often arise.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any artwork you submit is not in violation of any copyright laws. Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd assumes that your artwork is legally yours or you have the correct permission to print it.

Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that can be foreseen to happen. This will rarely change the design, but if it does it will be evident in the proof you receive.

Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd will rasterise all submitted DIY Artwork at standard print quality resolution before printing which effectively eliminates all vector data.


Printing turnaround will vary. The average turnaround time for most printing products is 10 business days, this is not a guarantee but a guide. Printing does not commence until the Proof is approved and the Order is paid for in full. Design time is extra. Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to allow plenty of time for preparing artwork, printing and delivery.


Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier. All deliveries are left on premises if no one is present to receive the delivery, so it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable address or PO Box. If Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd can provide a consignment number of the freight company, then it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the freight company if needed.


All printing products must be paid for in full before they are sent to print, unless a specific arrangement has been made. The printing process will remain stalled until full payment has been confirmed by Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd. Payments by electronic funds transfer or cheque must be fully processed and received before printing commences. An account is considered overdue if payment in full has not been received for an order in over 30 days from the time of approval of artwork proof is given by any method. Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd reserves the right to process payment using a payment method previously supplied by the customer for overdue orders. Interest may be charged on any overdue accounts, and the customer agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, expenses, inclusive of commissions, legal expenses and disbursements incurred in obtaining or attempting to obtain payment of any overdue account.


While care has been taken in posting correct prices on the website/ emails, Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd has the right to remove or change products and prices without notice. All quotes are valid as per terms of your quote and may be subject to change after this period.

Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd will not be held liable for errors caused by the customer's artwork, delivery of the product or minor imperfections that fall within acceptable offset printing standards.

Please note that Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd requires all feedback to be submitting in writing (email preferred). Studio Nuvu Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept any goods which are returned after more than 14 days from dispatch date.
